Every BIG Give comes with a FABULOUS silent auction, and this year is no exception! You’ve probably seen our Facebook and Twitter posts of the Cabo San Lucas House, tickets to Disneyland California, and dinner parties at Jeffrey’s and Uchi + Uchiko.
These great packages and more will be open for bidding on September 27! There will be more than 70 packages for you to shop while you listen to White Ghost Shivers, are entertained by circus acts, and enjoy delectable gourmet bites and signature drinks!
Your support of the BIG Give is one of the BIGGEST ways we raise money for I Live Here, I Give Here programming – which results in raised awareness and contributions for our local nonprofits.
When you’re at the BIG Give, take a good look at the silent auction tables – you’ll find something that fits your style and taste … we promise.
See you Under the BIG Top on Friday, September 27. Tickets at http://bit.ly/132E3Qi

Hey Austin Involved,
We're happy to announce our first family volunteer day for Austin Involved members!
We're partnering with Little Helping Hands to give you and your family the opportunity to give back to the community!
Check out who we're volunteering with:
- Goodwill GreenWorks Recycling Activity
- Saturday, October 26
- 10:00am to 12:00pm
- Goodwill Community Center, 1015 Norwood Park Blvd.
You and your family will help breakdown computers to resell and recycle in support of Goodwill’s job services and programs that connect Central Texans to meaningful employment. This is a fun, hands-on activity for adults and children who like to take things apart and who are curious about computers.
This is a great opportunity to learn about joblessness and how organizations like Goodwill help individuals find, obtain, and retain jobs in our community.
Participants also have the chance to spend some time in Goodwill’s Computer Museum that exhibits the chronological evolution of computer technology through educational displays and demonstrations.
This activity is recommended for children ages 4 and older and Little Helping Hands recommends one adult accompany each child under 8. When you sign up, make sure to save a spot for each family member!
How to Sign-Up!
Sign up through Little Helping Hands VolunteerSpot
If you have any questions about the volunteer day, contact Grace Ingram-Eiser at grace@littlehelpinghands.org.
A big thanks to Little Helping Hands for partnering with us and making it happen!

We’re counting down the days before we pull back the drapes and reveal The BIG Give Under the Big Top!
This event would not have been possible without the generosity of so many local Austin businesses. We thank our in-kind sponsors. They’re a BIG reason this celebration is going to be a truly swanky and fun way to celebrate philanthropy. Our gratitude is endless and we see them as great examples of the power of giving in Austin!
